In 1892, Paul Gustav Leander Pfund opened his beautifully designed dairy shop on Bautzner Straße 79 in Dresden and supplied the people of Dresden with dairy products such as milk, cheese, yoghurt and condensed milk. At the time, he certainly could not have imagined that his shop would still exist in all its glory after more than 130 years.
With all their developments and inventions, the health of the population was always in the foreground for the Pfund brothers. For decades, they supplied the people of Dresden and also guests with high-quality products.
With our anniversary celebration, we not only want to celebrate the 130th anniversary of our beautiful dairy shop, but also our numerous regional partners who still put the ideas of the Pfund brothers into practice for us today. With great skill and craftsmanship, they produce cheese, liqueurs, wines and much more – and much of it by hand.
Come and celebrate with us from 08 to 10 September 2022! We look forward to your visit!
Beekeeping requires a sure instinct. You can ask the Schulz family all the questions you have about beekeeping and also have a small taste of the creamy honey.
They are accompanied by a small bee colony, which you can observe at your leisure. With a bit of luck, you might even discover the queen bee.
The traditional “Henri Süßwaren” brand is a popular treat from eastern Germany that has been given a new lease of life by International Sweet Trading GmbH & Co. KG.
They also have many other sweet but also savoury temptations on offer, such as the incomparable cheese waffles. Try them for yourself!
The Gustav Müller Liqueur Factory is the region’s leading specialist retailer of wines and spirits as well as a producer of fine liqueur specialities! You can taste various products at our sparkling wine bar, such as our new house sparkling wine. Of course, we will also be happy to advise you.
You don’t have much time? No problem. We also have a cocktail to go for you – cheers!
Our dairy shop is also often compared to a picture book. The walls and ceilings are decorated with fairytale motifs and there is something to discover everywhere.
In this setting, people love to take a photo as a souvenir. You can do this in the company of a fairytale visitor. We won’t reveal who it will be yet, though. Let us surprise you.
On Saturday, enjoy with all your senses.
We have Magdalena Schmutzler as our guest with her harp. She will brighten up your visit to our dairy shop with atmospheric music.
Listen to the music, linger in a unique ambience and enjoy some cheese and wine.
Would you like to get to know the liveliest cheese in the world? Then you’ve come to the right place. You can’t see our little guests with the naked eye, but you can see them en masse. About 50,000 of these tiny creatures crawl inside a package of Würchwitz mite cheese.
Now you can decide: Do you dare? Most do
On 09 March 2022, we produced our anniversary cheese together with Krabat Milchwelt from Wittichenau. It has now matured for six months and is ready for cutting and tasting.
Be there live on Friday at 2 p.m. and enjoy a piece of our cheese, which is only available in a limited edition. Uniquely delicious.
We also have many other varieties of Krabat on offer, as well as a milk ice cream made from the farm’s own milk. A truly incomparable treat.
Kannegießer Keramik not only stands for a ceramics workshop rich in tradition, but also for diversity in decor and assortment. And this is where you are needed.

In our soap shop, “SylviaSoaps” gives you an insight into the art of soap making and which materials are used. Very interesting and informative.
You can also buy handmade soaps from Sylvia and various other manufacturers on site. A paradise for the sense of smell and a good alternative to the packaged liquid soaps.
There are all kinds of delicacies on offer in our shop with regional products. Among them is Goldner Reiter beer, brewed by Bergquell Brauerei Löbau. A clear, pure beer experience with a pleasantly strong hop aroma – typical Saxon beer enjoyment!
The small family business from Dresden makes everything by hand. From jams to liqueurs to pesto. They source the ingredients from allotment gardeners in the region.
On site you can learn everything about jam making and take small samples.
We also have a snack offer for you for the rest of the way.
In addition to bratwurst and “Eierschecke”, we also have two soups made by Ceus from Dresden.
The company focuses on regional dishes with select, healthy ingredients. They place great value on regional suppliers and producers.
